Kelechi K. Amadi - CEO & Chief Technical Officer
Kelechi brings deep reservoir engineering and regulatory expertise, with more than a decade of
experience evaluating oil and gas assets and development applications in Saskatchewan. His
background spans reserve evaluation, unitization, pooling, enhanced recovery, and regulatory
strategy, providing Redrock with strong technical and subsurface leadership at the asset level.
Wani Alali - Chief Strategy & Finance Officer (CSFO)
Wani leads Redrock’s strategic and financial direction, with experience spanning growth strategy,
corporate finance, M&A, and building lower middle-market platforms. His work focuses on capital
structuring, disciplined growth, and value creation across assets and businesses.
Together, Redrock’s leadership combines technical depth, capital discipline, and long-term
strategic thinking.
